CAN HELP BAD HABITS
With Advanced Hypnotherapy and NLP we have
a very successful program to deal with oral compulsions such
as smoking, food
compulsions and drinking problems.
All of these habits
are stored in the unconscious part of the mind. When these
habits were first formed, they may have had some purpose or
benefit at the time, but now, they serve no purpose and get
in the way. Because all habits are created in the unconscious
they become locked in there.
With hypnotherapy, we
can unlock, break up and remove bad habits and instil positive,
healthy ones. It takes one session with smoking but with other
oral compulsions, it could take from three to five sessions.
Enhancement.
With hypnosis we can build on your strengths and create new
habits to enhance the skills you already have. For example,
we can help you with speed-reading,
memory retention, sports performance,
public speaking and presentations. We achieve this by removing
any blocks or beliefs that may get in the way such as learning
blocks, self doubts or confidence issues.
Physical Symptoms.
We have found that sometimes there could be an emotional component
to physical symptoms and if this is the case, we may resolve
the emotional issue to relieve the physical condition. This
can be effective with IBS, migraines, travel sickness, asthma,
eczema, psoriases and pain control.
Anxiety and Stress.
Stress is part of modern living and not all stress is bad,
but when it gets in the way of us fulfilling our potential
or when it is triggered inappropriately, it can have a destructive
consequence to the quality of our lives. It can show itself
through stress, anxiety, phobias, insomnia and exam nerves.
The method of hypnosis we use helps the client to take control
of their life.
Usually a program can take two sessions,
but sometimes it may take up to five sessions. We assess each
client individually and work out a program which is appropriate
to their needs.
